What To Bring

What to bring:
Size 5 ball
Water bottle
non-black soled sneakers or (non black soled)  indoor shoes

Yoga mats will be provided but if your daughter prefers to bring her own that is fine. All other equipment will be provided.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothes-either yoga or soccer (or a combination).

Payment can be made directly through Paypal on the sign-up google document or check can be brought on the first day of class and made out to “Soccer on the Mat.”  Please also bring the attached Medical Release Waiver with you as well.

We are thrilled to breathe, meditate, get faster and quicker while  laughing  and developing as  soccer players  with your daughters!!!
